No. Forms, applications and workflows are designed visually in the browser: drag steps onto a canvas, set rules and scoring with a field picker, and publish. CONSEN checks the workflow before you publish so every outcome leads somewhere.

We quote each plan for your organization based on the plan and your expected volume. Contact us and we will send a quote after a short call. Fees charged by the providers you connect (for example, identity checks or card payments) are billed to you by those providers.

Consent and terms with an audit record (time, IP address and version), document collection with staff review, simple e-signature (typed name, time, IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the agreement and answers), rules, conditions and scoring, reviews with request-changes, emails, your branded workspace, and applications without an account (confirmed by email). None of these needs a third party. The built-in signature is a simple electronic signature; if you need an advanced one, connect your own e-signature provider.

They run through your own provider accounts. You contract with the provider and complete its business verification (KYB), and our team sets up the connection with you during onboarding. Payments go through your own payment account, so CONSEN never handles card data. CONSEN sends a provider only the data its step needs and stores the result on the application. Until a provider is connected, those steps run in test mode with simulated results, so you can build and try the full flow first.

Yes, as an applicant. Our demonstration workspaces for fictional organizations are public: Lakeshore Lending (demo-fintech.consen.co), Harbourline Insurance (demo-insurance.consen.co), Cedarview Properties (demo-realestate.consen.co) and Northbridge Health (demo-health.consen.co). Browse the offerings and apply with made-up details; you need an email address to create an applicant account. Identity checks, signatures and payments are simulated. The staff and designer side is shown in a guided demo: book one and we walk you through it.

Everything in CONSEN, from forms to workflows, is a structured JSON definition run through an API; the visual designer uses the same API. API access for your developers, and sending answers and files to your own systems, are available on request: we scope them with you and build them during onboarding. There is also an experimental AI-assisted designer that drafts an application and workflow from a description, as a starting point you edit.

CONSEN runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US East region. If you need a different region or a dedicated deployment, talk to us.

Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's, including user accounts. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-based (administrator, designer, reviewer, applicant) and staff accounts are invite-only. Every step, check and decision is recorded in the application's history. Formal certifications (SOC 2, HIPAA) and GDPR programs are on our roadmap, and we are happy to support your security review.

Yes. Send us your current forms and describe your process, and we will help you turn them into an online application with the right checks and review steps during onboarding.
